Your Areas of Activity:

  • Medical care and support for our patients within an interdisciplinary team
  • Prescription of medical therapy components and close interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychotherapy to implement an individual treatment plan
  • Admission, interim and discharge examinations
  • Participation in medical discussions, rounds and on-call duties
  • Contributing to the conceptual development of medical services
  • Possibly sonography, duplex sonography, echocardiography

Your Profile:

  • Completed medical studies with German medical licence

Tasks during training:

In the outpatient clinic:

  • Welcoming and caring for patients
  • Collecting personal information and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining patient records and managing medical documents
  • Issuing prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates

In the laboratory:

The dual study programme in Business Administration – Health Management combines business management content with specific expertise from the healthcare sector. The combination of theoretical phases at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and practical training at the Földiklinik provides a solid academic and practice-oriented qualification for demanding roles in health management.

Course content:

Business Administration & Management:

  • Controlling, accounting and financing in healthcare
  • Human resource management and labour law
  • Process and quality management

Healthcare & Supply Management:

  • Structures and stakeholders in the healthcare system
  • Hospital and practice management
  • Health economics and insurance

Practical phases in the clinic:

  • Insights into patient care processes and clinic organisation
  • Support in personnel and financial administration
  • Participation in billing and controlling
  • Involvement in health promotion and digitalisation projects
