We operate a reporting portal in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). We use a service provided by bbg bitbase group GmbH, Am Heilbrunnen 47, 72766 Reutlingen. We treat reports confidentially in accordance with § 8 HinSchG.
The reporting portal for the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) serves the purpose of examining and documenting reports for internal investigations and, if necessary, passing them on to authorized parties in order to eliminate illegal conditions as per § 2 HinSchG within the company.
Whistleblowers have the option to register on our website for the use of the whistleblower portal
by signing up. For registration, login, and contact purposes, we process data that the
internet browser automatically transmits and personal data that you may provide as a whistleblower: access data, if applicable, salutation (if provided), if applicable, first name and surname (if provided), if applicable, contact details (email address, phone number or postal address, if provided), if applicable, personal information in the report, especially behavioural violations with corresponding facts.
You have the option to register anonymously. In doing so, you will receive a unique identification code that grants you access to a secure data protection area. Here you can submit your report.
No data will be shared with third parties outside your company without your consent, unless required by legal provisions or orders as per § 9 HinSchG. In that case, the data may be provided to investigative authorities or courts. The legal basis for data processing under HinSchG is the legal obligation according to Art. 6(1)(a) c) GDPR in conjunction with § 12 HinSchG.
If you provide particularly sensitive data, such as information about your health, sexuality, origin or about criminal offenses, Articles 9 and 10 GDPR must also be observed. Data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
This generally occurs after three years as per § 11 HinSchG. Other storage obligations arising from contractual relationships and processing to fulfil contractual or legal obligations, such as six or ten year record-keeping obligations under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

The Földiklinik GmbH & Co. KG operates a confidential reporting portal in accordance with §§ 12 et seq. HinSchG. All employees or business partners who wish to report potential violations of the Földiklinik GmbH & Co. KG or other group companies against criminal regulations, other legal requirements, internal guidelines, our code of conduct, or otherwise detrimental behaviour may submit a report to the Compliance Officer of the Földiklinik GmbH & Co. KG . The Compliance Officer is obligated to confidentiality under §§ 8, 9 HinSchG.
Please ensure that you do not violate legal provisions such as data protection when using our voluntary reporting office. Only share and provide as much data as necessary. Before reporting any suspicious activity, please consider that your report may have serious consequences for those involved. Please do not provide personal data such as your relationship with the suspect or your name if you wish to remain anonymous. Then, do not mention any facts that can be traced back to you. However, we ask you to provide your personal details as we can then ask follow-up questions and are likely to resolve the issue more effectively. The protection clauses of §§ 33 to 38 HinSchG apply to all parties involved.

services or products of the Földiklinik GmbH & Co. KG. Due to confidentiality obligations, these cannot be forwarded.
